Talk about great customer service! Everything was smooth with this process. I sent an online inquiry yesterday and received a phone call and appointment within 20 minutes. The next day, (today), Francisco and Jorge arrived at my place on time and ready to work. They gave me a reasonable quote and began loading my items on their truck. (I have taken things to the landfill before and am acquainted with the pricing structure.) These gentlemen were friendly and efficient. I will definitely be calling Junk Deal for all future removal needs. They make it easy!

Francisco and David were absolutely phenomenal movers. They were friendly, explained everything clearly, and were super methodical in how they approached clearing out our furniture and junk removal. Francisco was clearly a pro, knowing exactly how to strategize lifting and moving everything through our cluttered space (moving boxes everywhere!). David was great doing all the (literal) heavy lifting and had a keen eye for getting the proper angles for getting our gear to the dump truck smoothly. I cannot recommend them enough - if you do junk removal from this company, see if you can request them personally!

I reached out to Junk Deal on Yelp and they messaged me back within minutes to talk through my job. I needed someone to come help clear out a storage unit same day. The guy contacted the drivers and they provided a two-hour arrival estimate which I was pleasantly surprised by considering it was so last minute. The drivers texted an accurate ETA when they were on their way from another job and were even a bit early. The two guys working, Francisco and Eduardo, were SO nice and SO helpful!! They gave me an estimate of $180 which was half what I was expecting to pay. They loaded everything within 20-30 minutes and we’re on their way! I couldn’t recommend this service more. Super friendly, efficient , and cost effective. Big shout out to Francisco who is the friendliest junk hauler I’ve ever encountered!
